I think scammers are trying use Obama's stimulus plan to trick people

I just got a phone call with a recorded message talking about a debt restructuring plan, but unlike other messages of this nature they are using the stimulus plan that was recently past as a hook, by saying that this restructuring plan is part of the stimulus package.
